The Beretta DT11 SuperSport is a highly exclusive, limited-run competition over-under shotgun which was made in only 500 numbered examples all over the world; it features special upgrades for increased accuracy and comfort on the basis of the successful and dominant standard DT11 model, this being one known for its Olympic-level wins.
The main improvements consist of better ergonomics achieved through a higher comb, a redesigned palm swell, and a more slender forend, along with longer ported OptimaChoke HP chokes and a full-length sighting channel set in the top rib to enhance target acquisition and shooting performance. The rifle still features the DT11's characteristic robust cross-bolt locking system, a wider receiver for greater stability, and Steelium Pro barrels having elongated progressive forcing cones (up to 450 mm) which help to reduce recoil, minimise muzzle flip, and ensure excellent pattern consistency with different loads.
The extra premium features include finely engraved details on the receiver with green enamel inlays, a walnut stock of Grade 3 and a forend finished with natural oil, a MicroCore recoil pad, an adjustable trigger, and a custom-fit case.

The DT11 series of shotguns have a detachable trigger which, if needed, provide a very quick swap of trigger assembly, no tools required.
This quick easily swapped feature gives the shooter comfort that in the rare case of a trigger malfunction it can be quickly, easily swapped out without any time lost.
