A bipod can be a simple piece of equipment, but the right one depends heavily on how and where you shoot.
We’ve just added seven bipod options to the Barry & Son website, covering lightweight hunting setups, traditional sling-stud mounting, Picatinny and M-LOK platforms.
For hunters where carrying weight matters, the Spartan Javelin Lite Bipod is built around Spartan Precision Equipment’s quick-detach magnetic attachment system. It is available in Standard and Long versions.
The Spartan Javelin Pro Hunt Bipod adds greater adjustment and control, including spring-assisted leg adjustment together with cant and traverse movement. It is also available in Standard and Long versions.
Both are designed around the idea that the bipod can remain off the rifle while moving and be attached quickly when a supported shot is needed.
Three Magpul mounting options are now online.
The Magpul Bipod for M-LOK mounts directly to compatible M-LOK slots, keeping the installation clean without requiring a separate rail section.
The Magpul Bipod for 1913 Picatinny Rail provides direct attachment to a conventional Picatinny rail and is available in Black and Flat Dark Earth.
For more traditional sporting rifles, the Magpul Bipod – Sling Stud QD attaches via a sling stud while retaining Magpul’s lightweight adjustable bipod design. Black and Flat Dark Earth versions are available.
Two compact 6–9 inch Hy-Skor options have also joined the range.
The Hy-Skor Carbon Fibre Bipod 6–9" uses lightweight carbon-fibre legs for a portable shooting support suited to bench, prone and field use.
The Hy-Skor Tac Swivel Bipod 6–9" adds a Picatinny mounting system, spring-loaded adjustable legs and swivel capability.
From lightweight hunting equipment through to bench and range setups, there is now a much broader choice of bipods available online at Barry & Son.
